Sushi Haikus 7, 8, 9, and 10

Just because I’m in the US doesn’t mean more sushi haikus aren’t going up on the hoardings!  Well, that is if the manager Coral is putting them up.  We had a temporary National Day sushi appreciation poster.

Pink marbled tuna
Sunshine orange ikura
Pearl white hamachi

Come, taste our sake
Shimmery pink salmon or
A glass of rice wine

At night I drink beer
Sake, shochu, yuzu too
And enjoy sushi

What else can be more
Elegantly delicious
Than sushi, my  friend

hey, you’re opening at OUB centre issit? i personally prefer to sit down to eat but i must say standing will make it loads faster for the corporate rats at raffles place. I think we should have vending machine soba and curry shops here too…so fun~

Yep, opening at OUB Centre! B1-02B. Haha, that’s a funny term “corporate rats at Raffles Place.” Hopefully they’ll scurry to my shop and enjoy a little exercise while they stand and eat! It is a gamble, I’m surprised at the resistance people have towards standing and eating. Hopefully I’ll break through that barrier.

Perhaps if the sushi bar is a success I can move into providing vending machine soba and curry… though if people here won’t stand and eat I don’t know if they will ever be willing to buy cooked food from a machine! Haha.
